This policy is designed to ensure a focused, professional environment for all clients and to protect the time and scheduling of the Manual Lymphatic Drainage Specialist at Manual Lymph Drainage Cape Town (lymphdrainage.co.za)
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Rules & Treatment Protocol
A. Exclusive Treatment Environment
All treatment sessions are conducted on a strictly one-on-one basis.
The treatment room is reserved exclusively for the client and the professional therapist to ensure complete focus, privacy, and the most effective delivery of the service.
The presence of any third-party individual (e.g., spouse, partner, friend, family member) in the treatment room during an active session is not permitted. The only exception to this is if the client being treated is a minor.
B. Policy for Minors
For any client under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present in the treatment room throughout the duration of the entire session.
C. Therapist Acknowledgement
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you are securing the services of a professional and qualified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist. Should you have any concerns related to your health, well-being, or the gender of the therapist, you are required to communicate these concerns to the practice before confirming your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
When you book an appointment, that specific time slot is reserved for you and immediately becomes unavailable to all other clients. We kindly ask you to be mindful of this commitment in the event of any necessary changes.
A. Cancellations or Reschedules with Sufficient Notice (48 Hours or More)
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must provide notice 48 hours or more in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation: A 50% cancellation fee will be retained. The remaining 50% of your session payment will be refunded within 7 business days, provided you supply valid South African banking details.
Reschedule: A 50% rescheduling fee will be applied (forfeited). The remaining 50% of your original payment will be held as a credit toward the new appointment. To confirm and finalize the newly scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay the remaining 50% of the full session price as a top-up.
B. Late Cancellations or Reschedules (Less than 48 Hours)
If you cancel or request to reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the full payment for the session will be considered a late cancellation/rescheduling fee.
100% of the booking payment will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
C. No-Shows
Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice (a “No-Show”) will result in the forfeiture of the full session payment (100%), and no refund will be issued.
